47. The Pain of Discipline Is Trusting the Process Even When the Results Are Invisible
We live in a world addicted to instant feedback. But greatness doesn’t work that way. Discipline is planting seeds and not digging them up every day to check their growth. It’s trusting that your effort is creating something real—even when there’s no applause, no progress bar, no obvious result. That kind of trust takes strength. Because the pain of working without reward is real—but so is the reward of working anyway.
