93. The Pain of Discipline Is Knowing You’re Capable of More—and Refusing to Settle for Less
Once you taste your own potential, you can’t pretend mediocrity is acceptable anymore. Discipline is the choice to live aligned with that truth. To push past “fine” and reject “good enough.” That mindset costs you comfort. But it gives you clarity. You become someone who no longer accepts shortcuts, surface-level effort, or self-pity. That’s painful at first—but eventually, it becomes the reason you walk into every room already knowing you belong.
